At Velniva, we work hard to make sure your order is prepared carefully and delivered as quickly as possible. We believe every package should arrive with the same level of care and quality that goes into our products.
Delivery time is divided into two stages:
Processing Time
Processing includes order verification, quality review, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Orders are typically sent for fulfillment within 72 hours after your order is placed and payment has been confirmed.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the estimated transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address after your order has been processed.
United States & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: estimated delivery in 2–4 weeks (if the item is in stock)
Australia & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: estimated delivery in 2–4 weeks (if the item is in stock)
United Kingdom & Europe
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: estimated delivery in 2–4 weeks (if the item is in stock)
Other Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: estimated delivery in 2–5 weeks (if the item is in stock)
Insured Shipping
If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost once sufficient proof is provided.
Priority Insured Shipping
Priority orders are placed at the top of our daily fulfillment queue. Depending on current order volume, actual delivery time may still be similar to standard shipping. This option also includes shipping insurance.
Please note that some orders may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This may happen when items are fulfilled from different warehouse locations.
Tracking numbers may take several days to up to one week to update after your order has been shipped. If tracking information does not appear immediately, please allow a little extra time for the system to refresh. You may also track your shipment through a third-party tracking website such as 17TRACK.
Please note that shipping times may occasionally be longer than estimated depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, or seasonal order volume.
During periods of high demand, fulfillment and shipping may take longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. While we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we never want to compromise the care, preparation, and quality our customers expect from Velniva.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@velniva.com and we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.
